"Great place if you like to get yelled at while you eat. It's fine, I was crying anyway. Here's the background: my 77 years young, active, beloved grandma was found dead in her house the Tuesday before Christmas. Thursday was the wake, Friday the funeral. Following the funeral, my aunt arranged for the family to meet at Village Pizza for lunch. She reserved the entire back room and they paid quite a bit of money to feed us - maybe 40 people. Coming directly from the funeral, me, my wife and sisters, all gluten free, some dairy free we're starving. We checked the menu on the go, and based on the lack of options on the menu, and not wanting to cause issues or go hungry, we grabbed food on the way that we could eat. We went in the PRIVATE back door with ONLY our family there, no other customers, and joined our party with unmarked, unadvertised boxes, and sat down to eat. Almost immediately, a man with audacity where his hair should be runs out yelling at us "CAN I HELP YOU? THIS IS A PIZZA PLACE" I explained our dietary restrictions and he insisted they could have accommodated (I still doubt they could have safely). I explained to him that this wasn't meant to offend him, we're just grieving and starving and didn't have the time or energy to make arrangements. He yelled "WELL I'M OFFENDED. I TAKE OFFENSE" and stormed off to glare at us from the bar while we ate. This was a few weeks ago and I still can't stop thinking about how he thought that was in any way appropriate. Believe me, I would have gladly eaten the free (to me) food there. If you have gluten free, dairy free pizza or literally anything without bread and cheese on it, put it on your menu. Those of us with allergies are just trying to eat our food in peace without causing a fuss. Certainly not causing a melt down. Do yourself a favor. Go to Slices around the corner."
"Yesterday we celebrated our son’s first birthday, and we ordered some food off the catering menu and also some pizzas. We ordered penne, à la vodka baked ziti, antipasto salad, mozzarella sticks, and a variety of pies (6) The food was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommended them to eat in or take out and for all of your catering needs."
"Feels like I've been robbed every time i leave there. $38 dollars for 10 wings and a chicken parm sub. Not worth the price at all."
"Decent pizza but pretty greasy. Wasn't bad but it wasn't great either"
"I love their chicken Alfredo specialty pizza was very creamy and delicious, kinda tasted like Olive Garden Alfredo! There plain wasn’t that great I think the cheese or sauce ratio is off it’s very greasy. The margarita pizza need a bit more mozzarella."
