Tires Etc

"I almost never write a review, but simply had to write one about TiresEtc. I was in West Chester for work, hit a pothole that resulted in a flat tire, which I only discovered as I was leaving to go home - a 2-1/2 hour drive. I found TiresEtc. on Google, it was only a 1+ miles from work, so I crawled over and asked if they could help me, immediately, so I could get home. They were gracious, friendly and incredibly helpful. And I got home in one piece. Thank you! Thank You!"

"Solid shop with a friendly staff. They replaced all four of my tires on short notice and luckily had exactly what I wanted in stock - props for that. Unfortunately, I had to take my car back a second time because the alignment they sold me on was performed incorrectly and my wheels were not properly balanced. My steering wheel was off-center about 30° to the left and I was experiencing significant vibration anywhere over 40mph. While they did make good on the alignment and attempted to rebalance the wheels, the balancing STILL wasn't right when I left and I ended up taking the car to a friend's shop. When he mounted the wheels to his balancer (as they came off the car) he found that each corner was off balance by anywhere from .75oz all the way up to 3.0oz. One wheel had 3.75 ounces of weight added to it, which is a lot to add to a wheel in most situations. He suspected that the Tires Etc. balancer needs to be calibrated or serviced. I would not be surprised if I'm not the first customer to experience this. Hopefully they are able to get their equipment calibrated since tires are such a large part of their business."

"Took car in for inspection and emissions. I picked up wiper blades and they put them on with no charge. Thought that was a nice benefit. Also advised that drive belts were worn so they replaced them. I certainly didn’t want to be standard due to worn belts so I appreciated them advising me. The belts were replaced the same day. Busy busy shop with attentive manager. Good mechanic/good work."

"BEWARE GETTING NEW TIRES HERE!!! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR WHEELS BEFORE COMING HERE!!! I’ve been coming here the past 2-3 years for new tires and I’ve had zero complaints up until today. I got four brand new tires and when I went to my car after they were finished, all 4 of the rims on my wheels were scratched. Some of them look like curb rash so I guess one of them drove along a curb going in or coming out of the shop, the rest are from the machine. I spoke to a worker there and he said that he can’t help me and there’s no proof that they did it. I clean my wheels once a week and they have been spotless up until now. I requested to see the camera footage, and convenient enough for them, they don’t have cameras in their garage. Repairing my wheels are now going to cost me $650 due to their negligence."
