"EDIT TO ADD: My husband did call today to discuss and have issue resolved and as other reviewers mentioned, no one answers the phone. He was on hold for over 30 minutes. Funny how we do not have a copay but yet you have no issue charging our card but when we need it resolved, no one is available. I did email you at the email you listed in your reply, however, you need to call me to resolve this. Once it is resolved and the money is returned, I will update my review but at this point in time, my review is true and accurate. Thank you. This place is a scam. The billing department doesn’t understand how to deal with insurance or bill it. They require you to sign a waiver having a debit or credit card on file and they charge it whenever they feel like it. We reached our deductible for the year about 4 months ago so our out of pocket copays are paid 100% until the new year. Somehow, LifeStance continues to charge my husbands card for each appointment he has. We have both called and addressed this multiple times and yet he continues to get charged. Funny how they just charge my husbands card at the end of the day where when I call immediately after I see the charge come through, the billing department is closed for the day. Very convenient."

"A complete waste of time. The therapist just dragged the sessions but refused to address the main issue. I needed therapy to heal from heinous abuse by a narcissistic person in my life. The lifestance therapist instead gaslighted me and invalidated my feelings. I am no human being to him. I wasted 7 months of my life. He makes me feeling worse and more suicidal."

"Everyone at lifestance is so helpful from the receptionists, employees in med services and the 2 providers I have seen since coming on as a new patient in April. Very helpful and caring with all needs and concerns that I may have."

"Easy to schedule, but really poor response times, poor communication and outreach, poor medication management, and extremely difficult to contact providers outside of the portal. There seems to be an easily communicable clerical error that occurs every single month with this group that takes 10 days to resolve. I wouldn't recommend using them for mental health and medication management services unless you like stress and anxiety."

"So I was referred to lifestance for medication management since my regular doctor left and my insurance covered Lifestance. I didn't even know about Lifestance before my PCP office mentioned that my insurance covers it. At first I didn't know what to think because I've had issues my whole life with managing my ADHD and anxiety and was unsure of talking to someone new, but the whole process couldn't be any easier and such a positive experience for me. Maureen Clark is probably the friendliest and easiest person to talk to in awhile, and she really seemed interested in my life, my background, and what I was looking to get out of treatment. I can't say enough good things about my first visit and I honestly look forward to bettering myself with Lifestance and Maureen."
