"I had an awful experience at Cava. I walked in with my friend to order 6 bowls, and when no one was behind me, I patiently waited. However, once another customer arrived, I let them go first since they were ordering only one bowl. When it was my turn, the lady at the front counter spoke to me extremely rudely, telling me not to ever order 6 bowls in store. It was embarrassing in front of other customers, and I felt unwelcome. I simply decided not to place my order and left. I won't be returning to any Cava restaurant after this terrible experience. I visited on Feb 1st 2023 6pm, first prepper and greeter was caucasian lady in her 20s. CAVA I request you to take customer service somewhat seriously. I didn't come in to ask for free food."

"I was more impressed with the food the last time I visited in the summer. Last week of December when I visited again I found the food less well prepared, very bland. The authentic spices are not coming through. The presentation was not nice. The server made no eye contact and was not courteous. Giving my visit a 3- star rating is generous. There is potential, and I want you to do well, but you are not hitting the mark."

"Nice looking restaurant. The food is super fresh and tastes very Mediterranean. I think you should get a bit more meat in your bowls for the price and the bathrooms could use better cleaning. All in all this place is a good option for fresh and flavorful food and drinks. I picked the Harissa Avacado bowl which comes with a little piece of pita and I got the cucumber mint drink which is actually my favorite thing there. The other item we got was to create your own bowl which is a great option if none of the featured items tickle your fancy."
