"I hate to review a small (I assume) business poorly, but I can't recommend this supplier. I ordered online and paid extra for two day shipping. It took four days for my order to even ship out. When it finally did ship, it was shipped with slower shipping than I paid for. I understand that mistakes happen, not a huge deal. I attempted to contact the seller to get a refund for the difference in shipping. Unfortunately, after four days, I still haven't gotten a response. Order date to delivery date is now scheduled to be 9+ days. Much slower than the 2-3 days I planned on. Bummer. Update: 14 days later, still no response to my emails. Update 2: The owner has responded to my review but completely missed the point. I understand that USPS can be unexpectedly slow sometimes. The issue I had was that my package wasn’t shipped using the service I paid extra for. The owner did email me, but after I sent them my receipt, they never responded again with a resolution."
