"Called in to renew a diabetic RX, 90 day supply. When to pick it up and was told, it's out of stock and to come back in a couple of days. I returned and was given a partial 1 week supply; told to come back in a couple of days. When refilling glucose test strips, unavailable because of a doctor problem. Is this Medicare fraud?"

"The other night, I was standing in line with three people in front of me. There was one cashier (which is fine), while the manager was on a different register fixing a complicated transaction. The line was still long, and the customer at the register was attempting to complete a food courier order for Gatorades. She obviously was flustered when she couldn’t figure it out, and she even offered to have the cashier cancel the transaction so the customers behind her could pay for their stuff, but he said that couldn’t be done. When the manager finished with the complicated transaction for the other customer, she simply walked away, while telling the sole cashier that she would be in the office. Would it have been a huge ordeal for her to simply take care of one or two customers, while the food courier customer was holding up the line? The manager should have been more of a team player, but apparently that’s not on her agenda."

"Went to doctors, doctor tells me I have strep and upper respiratory infection and get prescribed antibiotics. Completely sick and contagious and still waiting 3 hours for my prescription. This place continually has the slowest pharmacy and I've tried my best to bear through it with them because most of the staff is nice. Don't come here if you actually need a prescription filled at a reasonable time."
