"Two of their doctor's left me in pain. One refused to prescribe any pain medication at all after surgery, even a few pills to get me through the first few days. He gave NO reason, just repeatedly said "no." The second doctore refused to give me a cortisone shot because my blood sugar was too high. I hobbled out in pain. I'll never go back. Time to find new bone docs!"

"First, i understand it is "low bar" Delaware, and if you have ANY expectations at all you will be let down every time. HOWEVER when you know this, and call and prepare and explain, you would like to THINK people do their job. Lets begin with the email they send you, everyone sends you to pre-check-in. Well WE ALL KNOW, that even WHEN you fill it out, you are STILL checking in, filling out forms, the email didnt come thru, etc etc etc, all YOUR fault they would make YOU believe. I called them asked if they wanted me to bring my MRI, and they said NO, its almost a year old! THE DOCTOR pretty much CALLED ME A LIAR! PIRA or whatever her name is. She's a DOCTOR?! lol! NO MASKS in the office, employees OR the "Practitioner". Good for you!! Then they call me again, to tell me my insurance isn't "in their system so it may be inactive". I call my insurance, its active. I ask them again, do i need to BRING ANYTHING!! "No, they will probably want to take xrays". Which they did, which shows nothing my bone in socket, not a TEAR, not bursitis, not any other injury BUT BONE! Waste of time! Now Check-in?! They must want the girl at the desk to QUIT!! she wasnt JKUST overwhelmed, she was completely frazzled!! Copiers open, waiting for toner to be put it, people checking in waiting, me checking out, waiting, lol. it was a complete comedy of errors all around!! i tried to show her where my pain was, she says "oh, i just push here and there" and i am like IT HURTS BACK HERE!! SHE IS A LOSER DOCTOR!! YOU should go to her though, and YOU, for sure!! You were born in delaware, that is why you know no better!"

"The lack of professionalism is amazing! My father was in a nursing home and fell 9 times before the emergency room called themselves to ask for them to finally give him the surgery he desperately needed after the doctor refused for 3 months because he was a high risk patient. It’s concerning that the doctor didn’t have the confidence in his ability to preform the surgery. After the surgery my father was left with an open wound. The nursing home said it was the worst they had ever seen and were disgusted with the condition he was sent back it’s You could literally see his bone. I was broken hearted at the way the doctor spoke to my father. He was rude and inconsiderate of his medical state, Bedside manner matters when you are caring for an already dying man. A year later I was hit by a car and explained my situation at the time of making my apt. I was never informed I was expected to give them my car insurance.... I don’t know much about I insurance since it’s not my job... however they have a entire department devoted to it... why was I not made aware of this. Good luck.... I have seen to much of a lack of care, compassion, professionalism, and confidence in their doctors. I suggest doing your research and looking someplace else!"

"I saw all 3 Doctors in this practice and they gave me 3 different types of diagnosis as to what was wrong with my shoulders. Leaving me with a good amount out of pocket to pay. The office was more concerned to get the balance paid vs finding a solution. Thus, sending out to get a second opinion."

"This office runs like a well oiled machine. Very little wait time both times I was seen, great bed side manner from the Dr., Knowledgeable and no nonsense staff."
