"They tried to scam on a return by claiming a "transaction" fee on charges that had not even posted, yet. The owner thought better of this and decided to give a full refund, instead. It wouldn't have mattered to me either way as I informed them that either they refund or I will chargeback. Almost no menswear here, either. Also a tip for people from outside the culture, if you still decided to buy from here despite some of the staff being active scammers, just be sure not to pay the sticker price. If something is listed as $215, the actual price is probably closer to $145. Do NOT pay anything over 75% of the sticker price."

"Their costumer service is absolutely disgusting. Will never shop there again. I paid $400 for my lehnga and the tailor is absolutely horrible, doesn’t know what she’s doing. Completely ruined my lehenga. I brought the lehnga for my sweet 16 and can not wear it to my event anymore. The store owner, Bijoy Sharma’s behavior is so gross. He refused an exchange or a refund, also acted very disrespectful towards my mom. I do not recommend anyone shopping from there. I do not recommend anyone using chaat couture’s tailor either."
