"I worked direclty w/ Zahid (business owner) for purchasing cabinets for my kitchen. I already had a plan/layout in hand and had an itemized list of what was needed for the project. Pros: - It's hard to beat the price for the cabinets and countertop at the quality provided - Lead times can be extremely fast - If you call Zahid directly he responds any day of week and within an hour - His staff were friendly and frequently checked back to verify everything was okay Cons: - Logistics and communication are a significant challenge. Each time a delivery or assembly was scheduled I was given 4 different times and then they'd show up at none of them. I was flexible w/ timing so it wasn't a big deal, but if I wasn't I could see this being a nuisance. - Organization needs improvement. At order placement/delivery I had multiple minor issues and it took several iterations to clear up. But with fast lead times, we corrected everything before it was an issue. - Cabinet assembly had some quality control issues where many screws were oversunk, cabinets not level, panels installed backward, etc. But after bringing these to Zahid's attention they were addressed. Overall I feel working w/ Zahid was a success, but I can see the sentiment of many of the other google reviews. The materials are a great price, but the service is mostly "you get what you pay for"."

"This is the worst service I ever seen. Zahid the owner is such a liar. He a fast talker. He tell you he can't get product and order cheaper product. PLEASE PLEASE record and document everything this guy say. And don't talk to him alone. Worst work ever..he has no employee. He go find local handy men and pay them peanuts. And charge you 5-10 time the value of products. Never showed any invoices. RUN RUN RUN. Bad business"

"Beware. The good. Jay was a stellar gentleman and truly worked tirelessly to remediate defects and nonconformity. He personally came on-site and in many occasions stayed through midnight. The bad: the owner, Zahid, lacked empathy and failed to procure qualified personnel to conduct initial plumbing, tile installation, and shower water proofing among others. He was rarely available and did not provide any quality control measures. Most of the project he was severely absent. I fired the company after it failed timely completion of failed to properly water proof my bathroom. This company failed at nearly every opportunity. New wall framing was left for nearly three weeks. Their initial “master plumber” glued pvc piping to flex resulting in massive water damage and out of pocket expenses from me. The “master tile” team lacked adequate training / oversight and merely placed cement board over subfloor with no membrane or water proofing to properly water proof my floor which resulted in leakage into my downstairs living room. The crew cut cement boards inside my house resulting in damage to my new AC unit. The crew didn’t put down any protective floor covers … I had to do this in order to protect my new floors. And so much more. End result left me thousands of dollars in expenses remediating plumbing and electrical defects. I’m not going to itemize all missed opportunities. There was several. In sum, This company failed and I cannot recommend them in good faith to anyone. Would advise looking elsewhere so you don’t make the mistake I did. Beware."

"Had countertops done with some specific requests. Only company that was willing to do all associated work in one shot (had 5-6 others that wouldn't disconnect/reconnect plumbing, gas, not raise the level of the countertop, etc for the job). Spent several months getting estimates and being told they couldn't do this or that, even with increases in price. Had one or two others willing to do all work, but flaked out on us and wouldn't answer or return calls. We really did work on this for six months with our dishwasher sitting in the dining room and a baby on the way. Finally found Stone and Cabinet with baby due in less than 3 weeks. Got scheduled and they finished all work in one day, on budget (very reasonable), and now we have a fully functional and nice kitchen before Mom and baby are coming home. Highly recommend."

He helped us pick up the white shaker cabinets, soft close! and beautiful white and gold Quartz. We pre ordered everything. Our products are arriving next week. Can't wait to upgrade our kitchen with beautiful cabinets and stone. Very happy with Kiran and team. Thank you for coming to new Castle.
