"I made a deal with Pete on Facebook marketplace for a blue leather couch. The deal was to pick up in new Jersey on Wednesday. On Wednesday I messaged him at 9am to make sure he was at the property and I was ignored. After 12pm I messaged him again and he responded to say that usually people don't follow through with online deals and the couch deal was gone and called me a bad business man to count on our deal. He then explained that he couldn't be sued because of the wording he used in out messaging. He is a slimy business man with no ethics, stay away."
