Price Busters Discount Furniture

"I came into the store last year and purchased a leather sectional. The company called me a few days later to schedule delivery, and I was told that the sectional was now out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back, so they gave me a free "upgrade" to a similar sectional with electric recliners. Unfortunately the quality of this "upgrade" unit was pretty terrible. When the recliners go down, they snap the wood on the back of the chair. Price busters replaced the broken pieces after 1 month, but I had the same issue with the replacements. I tried to just deal with it, but now the chairs don't recline at all and the company isn't responding to my email. The quality just isn't there on their products, and although I appreciate them helping me get initial replacements, it doesn't seem like they care about making it right after selling a defective product."

"I wouldn't buy here again. I bought a firepit almost $1000. The firepit started to bend really badly. i went to the store, and they told me to email them, and they said ok, we are going to order the top part. Then they said they couldn't do anything about it after they said they could. They take my money and don't do anything to help sense im their customers. I can't return it or get my money back they just don't care."

"I got a bed set, a bunk bed and a table set, I was actually talked into the set and the table. I went in for the beds. They sure finessed the mess outta me. I get my furniture and the delivery guy noticed the table was broken. Did he take it back?? Nope! He claimed that I would get a replacement delivery soon. So I waited and nothing. Not to mention my dresser was broken too. So I call and the lady in the office says there is no order for redelivery. So I ask about getting a new one but does she say anything nope. I call a week later to complain and the guy says I have to email pricebusters and put in a (insert curse word) request. It’s. Been. Two. Weeks!!! Now I don’t want the table and they can have the dresser. Bad business!!"

"I had the pleasure of meeting Davon today as me and my 89 yr old mother shopped for a bed and mattress. We found the perfect set.Only problem was this man had to run around this building like he was a robot but most importantly he took care of everyone. All the customers only had Gooood things to say about this gentleman. His attitude disposition quality of service just so outstanding I just appreciate this man he belongs where he's at his personality speaks for itself truly a people person thank you thank you thank you be so blessed and continue to take care of those babies good man"

"I'm giving the product we purchased from Price Busters a 1 star review. The store employees were very professional. We spent about $2,600 on this couch had issues with the cushions. Some were filled with hard green styrofoam while others were filled with almost like poly-fil material. After emailing them and complaining about the cushions they sent new ones with softer filling, however, definitely these did not last long at all and are deflated. We have had this couch since july of last year, it is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The fabric is some-what rough and the cushions are really sagging. We wish we would have seen the couch first in person rather than special order it online. We saw this couch online for almost a year and really liked the look of it and saw that the reviews were ideal. Now its about $1,000 cheaper than what we paid for. I wonder why.......Never again. Buyers remorse to a tee. We are sooooo angry with ourselves deciding on this purchase. Dellara Chalk Sectional 4-piece please save yourself the resentment and do not buy this product."
