Walmart

"All the walmarts you ask me got something wrong, but this one is absolutely ridiculous. Rude cashiers, I asked one employee to point me in the direction of something I was looking for. This woman said to me, "Oh no ma'am I'm on my break and kept walking. Customer services sucks there, period. Only go unless I absolutely need to. Not to mention, it isn't like they got a big variety of things. The only unboxed meat you'll find is frozen hamburger and chicken wings."

"Store was PACKED & shelves were almost empty this Sunday afternoon!! Pharmacy was quick & easy but there were no carts at the entrance. The one I ended up with had a bad wheel. So hard to push. I will be coming back though, tbh."

"They only have self-checkout open, however, it is assisted self-checkout. Meaning, you still have somebody helping you, scanning all of your stuff, but now you have to wait in line and take forever to do a self-checkout. They have a single person for each self-checked out that is open, why can't they just put each one of those people on a register, get rid of self-checkout, maybe we would move through a little faster. Just doesn't make any sense."

"While inside walmart trying to exchange my daughters birthday present for one that works I was humiliated by this worker. She is very unprofessional and was making me out to be a theif. She sat down at the table posted saying this is her new desk so she can catch me when I ran out the door. I was so embarrassed! She is extremely unprofessional. She was more worried about making me out to be something I am not when she should have actually done her jo. And paid attention to the real issues at hand.. Upon my arrival here at the Centerville walmart to exchange Mt non working g hoover board that was previously purchased the night prior which I had PROOF of. I spoke to a male e walmart associate and told him what I was there doing. If i could go get the one I wanted and come back to the service desk and wait my turn. He told me yes Wo I proceeded with my shopping and my exchange for my twin girls 5th birthday today. I bought 2 hoover boards and only one worked, so I needed to hurry and replace before my twins saw their present. She was standing there watching me, which I understood she was doing her job. But she went above and her duties to single me out and humiliate me I front of several other customers. Ascccing me of wanting to run. Out the door with my daughters birthday surprise. This is not how you conduct business. She should have been more discretion with what she was trying g to over see that the exchange went smoothly. Not jokearound with the other employee in picture about me and stealing. I couldn't stand there and take the humiliation anymore and walked out without being able to trade in my daughters 5tu birthday present. I never gave that woman any reason or excuse to treat me like so. Even when I told her I walked in with mine and she saw me sue said. Her treatment towards me was very unacceptable and unprofessional. There has to be proper trainer and guidelines for employees like the one above. I did not deserve to be treated like a bad person. I will be posting this everywhere as much as I can. She actually made me cry I was so humiliated"
