"Customer Service at its’ best, from when we first walked into the door to our delivery and set up! My wife and I were given a warm welcome by Susan when we entered the store unlike a lot of furniture stores we visited in our area. She was very helpful as she told us the store layout for our needs and guided us as needed. She quickly responded to all of our questions and was great with telling us comparisons and pricing for our furniture. After deciding on our bedroom furniture which was surprisingly very affordable, my wife and I began to look at mattresses. This is when we met the store manager Marcus! Marcus provided an unforgettable customer experience. His patience, intelligence, and ability to actually listen to our needs led not only to a sale, but a lifetime customer of this particular Raymour and Flanigan outlet. It’s comforting and rewarding as a consumer to know great customer service still exist. "Wonderful customer service! I was out all day looking for furniture. I came back to the store at 8:45pm and the store closed at 9pm. None of the employees seemed annoyed and they remembered me from earlier in the day. They were willing to work with my situation when it came to delivering the furniture. They were never aggressive or pushy and I appreciate it. I highly recommend their store."

"The furniture and mattress are terrific. The delivery and set-up process was outstanding. The sales and management experience however, was like a used car lot. Buy online or from a different store if you have the choice and learn from me, read your invoice before you pay. Minutes after paying, I realized that my bedroom set was pieced out and when compared to the bundled price online, I paid more money. Sales and Management agreed to credits and gift cards to make up for the difference which never happened. Now I just get the runaround about discounts applied and how managers left, and basically nothing I should have to concern myself with as a customer, just honor your word! Spare me the boilerplate response and fix this."
