"Stay away from this place! I purchased a curio cabinet and was told it had to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks. I was fine with that. At 4 weeks I called, item not there. Advised that they would check and call back. Never received a call back. I called three times and was then told the item was discontinued and not available. Customer Service sucks. Went to the store and demanded a full refund."

"We ordered a bedroom set and a furniture set along with a fireplace . They tell us it takes the maximum it would take is 2 weeks we waiting almost 4 weeks to get our items delivered after constantly calling . They then tell us that our delivery time would be between 8am -1pm . They leave a message 24 hours before the delivery saying our new time is 1-4pm with no notice at all . They day of delivery they don’t get to our apartment until 5:30 . Then to make things better we didn’t even receive our fireplace because IT WAS BROKEN . this is very unprofessional. We call the store and no one knows when the manager will be in. GREAT!!!! we want to cancel the fireplace now and we have no clue if the store even does refunds even though they were the ones who tried to deliver it broken!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THSI STORE .. i see why no one ever goes in that store ."
