"The customer service here at the deptford mall set this store apart from the dozen we had visited before them. These girls were hustling, especially Katie who was working the floor. But that is not to say Kiersten Jasmine and Nicole (and please forgive me for any misspellings) we’re all equally pleasant and more than helpful and I really do mean that. Their customer service had left me (and others because there was a group of us talking about them) feeling so appreciated as customers. I left the store feeling so good that I had called corporate to let them know about these women. Any way thank you so much for a fabulous experience I will tell everyone I know to visit your store."

"My 15yo asked to go there for a dress for Homecoming Dance. There's were very long that day as I guess a lot if girls were there for the same reason. Well worth the wait and the prices were very reasonable. We'll be back for sure!."

"My daughter was there with her 13 year old daughter. The 13 year old was trying on dresses. The fitting room person was so rude telling them that only one person was allowed in the fitting stall at a time. My daughter told them that she was trying to help her in and out if the dresses to avoid anything from being ripped. She was told it didn’t matter. Rules are rules. The manager of the store said the same thing though told my daughter that she could reach in and help her though she could not be in the stall at the same time and the doorway had to be kept open. This was so uncomfortable for my granddaughter as she’s at the age of being very private about her body. A real shame as they found almost $500 worth of clothing they were going to buy if all fit! Since when is only one person allowed in a fitting room stall???"

"The ladies working in the shop today were delivering boutique quality experiences in a super busy retail shop full of girls & their parents looking for homecoming dresses & more. Even though there was a line for the many fitting rooms Alexis, Sierra, Sabrina & Olivia were busy zipping around grabbing sizes, getting down dresses, putting things back where they go (seriously the store looked good for all those people on a Sunday), giving suggestions & doing it with smiles. They weren't grumpy that there were people still in the fitting room at near closing. There weren't shouting at each other to make sure this or that task was done- they just had it all going on. The accessories were fab, the prices on those dresses were on point & there was a good variety. The quality was good too- especially at those prices- certainly comparable to any local prom shop (but without the big bill). We are set! Several dresses & accessories. We will be back again. This will be our go to stop for holidays & special events. If there was anything else I could add, it would be if the company added some larger sizes (it looks like just jr. sizes), because all the fashionable ladies deserve to look stunning & not have to spend bank to do it. Hope Windsor recognizing how amazing that staff is- (yes, I actually took the time to get their names- because lots of people take the time to write about a shop when something goes wrong, but not enough take the time to share some well deserved praise) So if you're reading this- go there & don't waste time elsewhere & be nice to those ladies running around- retail isn't an easy gig but they made it & that store look good."
