"Not enough employees. When u do get an employee; they can never find key to open Coach case. They never have boxes. Always charge me $2 finance charge when I pay off my balance. No other card I have does that."

"I was there yesterday and purchased some toys. We went in line and there was a gentleman ringing one person up and then three other woman there behind cash registers talking about one of the girls cell phone (she pulled it out and they were both talking about it). We thought maybe they were standing there but jobs weren't checking people out. We've been to stores where clerks hang out behind the register. As soon as another person got into line they called us up. They literally watch us stand there for like 5 minutes and didn't call on us. Because it's Christmas time, they have ropes up clearly indicating the line. There was no way they didn't know we were in line. We had our hands full and standing i Within the ropes. Absolutely, horrible definetely won't go there again."

"We went in to check the prices on new vacuum cleaners. However, there did not appear to be anyone to help us. So, we left. I looked around and could not see one customer service rep anywhere. There are other stores in the mall where they actually have people that are available to help. Anything that Macy"s sells can be obtained elsewhere."
