"I really like the product line. Whoever the buyer is for this company they are very good. I've been shopping here for almost a year. Mostly in-person and once online. It was always a good experience. So, we went in and I found a really cute plaid skirt and a few other things.. I got into the line. And within just a few minutes realized something that I had never seen before. The associate behind the counter apparently was rude. And I felt completely surprised and saddened. I couldn't shake the feeling. So, I put everything down and left. I went to another store because there are other places to shop."

"Staff was incredibly rude and pushy. Didn’t feel like helping us and complained about us right to our faces! Like, are they not trying to sell us the clothes? God forbid you have to take a shirt of mannequin, so someone can try it on! I was extremely upset and the entire experience made my friends uncomfortable"

"Always extremely clean. The organization is also great - the men's and kid's section are close together, and the women get a whole half of the store lol. The workers are always kind and willing to help. The clearance section is always packed with great deals - I'd definitely recommend dropping by if you are in the mall :)"

"I was in line with my daughter waiting to make a purchase. Employee saw us in line but continued to keep doing what ever she was doing. When she decided to finally come over someone stopped her to ask her to check a price. Now if she had of said to us I'll be right with you that would have been fine. But she never said anything. A little courtesy goes a long way. If my daughter didn't want to make the purchase I would have left the store and spent my money where I'm a appreciated ."

"Very good H&M. I have not seen in any other H&M such a rich selection of menswear as in this store. Large selection of sweaters, shirts, trousers, jackets and men's accessories. Good quality and reasonable prices. Very good merchandiser in this store, clothes are arranged neatly and beautifully. The store is clean."
