"Me and my husband went in today. There was only one other customer who it appeared was being fitted for a wedding, and there were three employees. We walked around and tried on a few suit jackets. Now there is no way for them to read our minds to know why we were shopping and that we did need their assistance, but any acknowledgment would have been welcome. The icing on the cake was that another customer came in and was greeted and offered assistance by the two available employees…I actually asked if we needed an appointment… Never again!!!!!"
"I picked up my suit today from Deptford mens wearhouse and i had a customized suit and I had to wait six weeks because I needed a nice fit and they said if you want nice fit you have to have a customize suit and I was told I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks and I changed my wedding date for this suit. After 4 weeks they call me and take my measurements again and I explain how I want it and I came back in two weeks and the pants didn’t fit how I wanted and I tell the tailor there and she said we can’t do right now and I tell her my wedding next week and that I drove an hour away to get here and she told me with an attitude “i don’t care how far you drive” that’s very disrespectful. That’s my first and last experience there ever again. I will never recommend to my friends or family. Never going there again. Bad service."
"I really wish Google allowed zero stars. This location is hot garbage and the customer service is abysmal. The bald guy that works there is a douchebag. I tried to explain my concerns but I clearly didn’t have enough crayons and time for him to understand clearly. I’m going on my third visit there this week due to their ignorance and lack of communication. My suit has been wrong multiple times this week and there is no end in sight. Unfortunately, I have to return for another wedding in October. I’m going to practice my shocked face before I go back so I can act surprised when they screw up."
"I was hired to officiate a wedding and I usually wear an outfit to compliment both the bride and groom. For some strange reason I never jump into high gear until the last minute becoming a wreck in search of the perfect outfit. I manage to find everything needed except the pocket square. I searched everywhere for the exact purple needed with no success. I decided to give Men's Warehouse a shot believing they only rented clothing items, but I was desperate! As soon I walked in the door I was greeted by Jerome who took me over to the pocket square table. We rummaged through the entire table with no success. After seeing the dismay on my face Kevin approached Jerome and I inquiring. After explaining my dilemma, Kevin went to his computer to research the various types of purple to discover that IRIS was exactly what I needed, and guess what, he had it for sale! Thank you Jerome and Kevin for saving me from a wardrobe disaster!"
"My plan on a very busy day was to run into Mens Wearhouse to get a tie for a wedding I have in two days. I walk in, and there’s no one in there but about 4 workers. I go over to the tie area, browsing through the ties and finally found one that I liked enough to purchase. I flip the tag over and it was $59.99…for a tie. Not a pocket square and a tie. Just the tie. That’s insanely pricey if you ask me, maybe I’m wrong. Regardless, the 15-20 minutes I spent in there browsing different parts of the store to see if there was a tie at a somewhat reasonable price, I got zero customer service. Zero. Not a single solitary word was said the entire time I was in there. Not a “Can I help you find anything” or “Let me know if you need any help”. There was nothing of sorts. I think I was more shocked about the customer service or lack thereof, that I gave up and walked out. I actually probably would’ve given my business to anyone or any business that shows even a smidgen of courtesy. I’m sure if I was dressed to the nines, they would’ve asked me if I needed anything the moment I walked in. However, I was dressed in sweats and a hoodie. It is what it is. I found the SAME exact tie at Burlington, with a pocket square for $12.99 Your loss MW- not mine. I will never bring my business nor would i recommend this place to anyone I care about."
