"This enterprise has the worst customer service. The manager or acting manager Gabby is a racist and doesn't Luke handling African Americans with the same courtesy that she handle Caucasian with. She failed to disclose information about the charges and charged me extra money. I spoke with her about rectifying the matter and she blew me off. Gabby is very unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate about her actions and non caring attitude. I never, I mean never leave reviews. No matter the situation, in the matter she definitely earned this one. I spoke with her again trying to get her to revisit the situation she failed to do so. So a complaint will be filed."

"Place is inconsiderate about the neighbors their business backs right up to. The neighbors that have been here their entire lives that get to hear you your guys equipment and loud mouth employees every single chance we get to open our windows with nice weather. Guess we’re going to have to get the cops involved, again. Keep being the rude ignorant rental car company, such a good look. Has been notified constantly for a year how their business is disturbing the neighbors they moved behind a year ago but still has total disregard for us. Can’t sit outback. Can’t have our windows open. This place is ran by TRASH. When I yelled at them to shut up before they threatened to beat me up and then called the cops on me."

"Be careful with renting from Enterprise. I thought everything was good when I got my first rental but turns out it wasn't. I only had it for a half of a day and it over heated. Turns out a hose was bad and it busted so I had to trade it in for another rental. Me thinking everything was good kuz I only out 50 miles on the car they said I was responsible for the damage and that I had to pay $5,552.23 for it! I'm like "What?! No yall gave me a faulty car!" They said regardless of how long u had it, even if u only had it for an hour your still responsible for the damage regardless of what it is! Which is not fair due to the fact that the person that check the car for me only looked at the outside part of the vehicle and not the inside of the engine! And even when they checked the outside they never checked underneath of the vehicle to see if there was damages or anything wrong with the car. And I messed up on that because I trusted them to do a thorough job on that plus I'm only using the car to drive. Nothing more. So apparently this is what I'm going through with them right now because they are stubborn people only caring about the money and not customer service. And the crazy part is I actually recommended to go to kirkwood enterprise because I had a good experience with them last time but now NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN since they don't listen to reason and want to scam they customers into paying for something that DOES NOT COST NO DAM $5K TO FIX! Becareful with renting from them and make sure you view EVERYTHING when u get a car from them. I mean EVERYTHING Kuz if not you'll be in the same situation as i am."
