"Terrible how goodwill is expensive. We really need to find a different donation place that doesn't charge people an arm and a leg to get USED items. The government should pay salaries so it doesn't impact the people. EVERYTHING is expensive. Can we have one place we can depend on to give us those things we need when money is low? Terrible goodwill. Very disappointing."

"I called Goodwill on Kirkwood hwy to ask them their return policy on clothing and the staff member was very rude. He told me to look on the receipt. His tone was very nast and sarcastic. I was just there earlier today. I don't know why he felt being rude was ok."

"I found a longchamp bag for $3 price and when I were ready to check out the cashier take away the bag because a “policy” wich doesn’t exist or appears in website and refuses to sell it because it wasn’t supposed to be on retail at that price, I think that is very unfair and if they don’t want to sell something don’t put outside with tag on the store. I asked to another store and that policy doesn’t exist She just wanted to keep it to herself"

"Nice store, but ONE criticism: They put stickers directly on the surface of leather bags. I found a vintage bag last week that is a $300 bag retail. A sticker definitely should not be put on these surfaces. At the very least, it should be on the bottom. This one (see photo) was on the side surface. It can easily ruin the leather. Otherwise: This place has a great selection, it is clean and more organized than other locations I have seen all over the country. The employees are very friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs."
