"The pharmacist and pharmacy is a joke anymore. They never have my prescription and I never get any type of text messages even though they keep putting my phone number in their system and my number has not changed in 10 yrs. The pharmacist is rude and not caring whatsoever and doesn’t even offer any help like let me see if another one of our locations has your asthma medication. I am so over them."

"I only have a problem with the one pharmacist. I don't know her name but she is a Indian lady. I have been days now without my night insulin. I was able to get insulin and come in to pick up. My doctors kept upping my dosage because I am pregnant and I'm having trouble keeping my blood sugars under control. So my doctors send in New scripts with my new amounts. She was completely rude. Told me I have to talk to my doctors, when I tried to explain why I have so many scripts she wouldn't listen to me and told "be quite and listen" at that point I was furious that she would talk to me like that. She refused to fill my night insulin that she won't give me my insulin If don't calm down but I wasn't yelling at her until she lied to my face and said I threatened her. Every time I have to deal with her she is so mean to me. So I walked up front and asked for a manager. Where he saw how she was talking to me and was telling me how he was sorry. She needs her license pulled for denying a diabetic their insulin. Now I am a week with no night insulin. I will be calling around including the licensening board because it is illegal to deny any diabetic their insulin especially someone pregnant because she is not only putting my life on the line but my unborn son's life in jeopardy also. I'm never coming back to rite Aid ever again. I will be finding out her name tomorrow and will be reporting her."

"I have been shopping there for many years! Was a Gold member now a silver?? Carol the Mgr. Always helped me when I had a question for products. 10 rating. The male pharmacist I give a 10 rating!! If I interuppted him by accident asking for a clerk to help0...he was the only one who helped me after many yrs. Of shopping there. I always told him i could wait for a clerk. Yet he showed me where the product was and educated me on the product.. The young African american male cashier was always helpful and polite. All others were terrible!! When I complained I was told they quit? Even one of the mgrs. W dark hair quit. Sorry forgot some names. I was verbally abused at the Marshall's Kirkwood Hwy. A customer saw this as I was leaving and told the Indian Mgr. I was putting my trash bag in the bin. The bag was medium size and only had paper in it. He YELLED A customer witnessed this for treating me so Horrible! She may have called your home office last week?? She was extremely angry when she witnessed this!= I am a Sr. And I cried after this experience!! I am a bit afraid to shop there when he is working. I am alwaysl polite...but sometimes i question prices and where things are and if a product is the best one to buy. Most employees are rude and treats me as if i am a problem? I am considering going to CVS after so many yrs buying at Rite Aide. Most there are nice but some treat me like I am a nuisance..they r shorthanded and the customer suffers because of this. Especially a longtime customer?? The nice employees r the only reason I come back."
