"Good spot for a park however Odessa does not invest much in this park. It is on a dangerous curve where cars speed doing 50 in a 25. Not a great place for children considering the children's play area is extremely close to the road. The parking area is very limited and hard to safely pull into or out of considering you might be hit backing out into oncoming speeding traffic. It's also surrounded by trees that are dead or dying and covered in poison ivy. Will they fall on your child or give them a rash first? It really could be nice if it was planned better and speed limits were enforced better. Also the only trash cans seem to be the residential type that are designed to be pulled to the curb so there are diapers and other trash on the ground."
"The park is small, but it is never crowded. There is playground equipment and a basketball court. It's a good place to bring small children."
"It's a very small, quiet play place for children with a small walking. A lot of people miss it. My family frequented the park when we lived in the area. It needs some updates to the gravel due to dips in the road, and the equipment need some refreshing and repairs as well."
