"I’m a frequent shopper at this location. Staff here is nice enough except for a couple stock staff who have verbally accosted folks for wanting to check an item out of a stock cart. Their policy is not to allow so no one gets hurt from potential broken glass, which, understandable, but then have signs on the bins and the door? EDITED TO ADD: Pricing has hit the fans at this store as of 9/24/23. The bag section by the dressing rooms has been turned into a “luxury” section with beat rough ravens jerseys and Wilson’s leather jackets being $25-$50+. This is truly the impending decline of thrifting culture. Stores will soon overprice beyond what consumers can consume. Also, every DE goodwill seems to be marking up decent shoes to $21.99 which is a scam. Folks deserve decent shoes for decent prices. If you have a family of 3+ and need to update shoes, it’s costing an arm and a leg now. Additionally, the CD/Vinyl/DVD situation needs to be figured out. They’re stacked on high and low shelves which make it hard to look through (Teen Challenge Thrift has a great table system) AND they don’t check and seal them closed so if I’m in a hurry and don’t check, I’ll sometimes walk out with empty CD cases. Let’s do better."

"Well out of all the goodwill stores I've been to this one is actually not to bad at all. I haven't had really any issues with staff or store model. Way to go people at least this store does it right."

"Place is not the same. Alot of the old girls are missing. Just not somewhere I would shop anymore. Prices are just as high as they are brand new in the store. I will still stop in to see Marcus to check on him. This has been a big change on him. They will no longer get any of my money"

"Bonni the store manager does not know a dam thing about customers service skills she is rude you do not just address the assosiate that tells the customer the wrong price you also give the customer the item for the price the associate stated the item"s price was even though it's wrong because that's what the associate said. I do not know how or why she became a store manager without understanding that situations comes up like this some times and she should have pleased me as the customer being told the wrong price. Bonnie need to go to more seminars so she can understand how to address situations better then she is handling them or step down to a cashier."
