"Rush uniform appears to be the only custom uniform place that services Delaware. With that being said, I feel that since they pride themselves on being open 10 plus years that by now they would have found a better way to accommodate parents throughout the year. Now that it’s colder weather, I tried to order additional hoodies for my children’s school. I called to make an order over the phone as I was told previously this is the fastest and best option. Well the rep on the phone could not find the hoodies that I wanted over the phone so I settled for a color I didn’t want just so that my kids would have what they need. They called and told me my order was complete and ready. I go into the store and she’s checking my order and realizes that they gave me the wrong size. She said I can ship it to your home for you. So I began to tell her that every time I come to Rush uniforms there’s an issue and that I was already told shipping uniforms to my home was the longest option and I already waited. She began to tell me that I’ve only waited 5 days for a custom item. I was told that apparel logos are hot pressed on site. So she goes on to tell me that if you’re expecting us to be sewing up hoodies while we are here, that’s not what we do. How rude? No apology. No resolution but when we fix we will ship it, then tried to be a smart Alex when I’m making a formal complaint. I’ll just say they deal with certain customers differently. Then when I started to break it down and tell her I understand that there is nothing that can be done and that since there’s no resolution to go with the original option of shipping it to my home she then goes on to say oh now you want it shipped. First of all, just for two hoodies and a pair of non logo gym pants was almost $100. Logo shirts short sleeve are $30 a piece and I have two children in uniform. We spend a lot of money to be talked to like peasants. As customers we keep your door open and we should be treated as such!! I’m so annoyed and disappointed in Rush uniforms, their employees and how they operate to the public. We need more options here in Delaware!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered items never received them I ordered them 2 weeks ago have yet to get a tracking number or anything all I got was a confirmation that my money was received on October 26 I called and asked them how long it would take they told me they don’t know and when ever the item ships out I will receive something it’s been over 2 weeks and this just processing time I also asked how long delivery was and they still couldn’t even give me a time frame I’m confused why call yourself rush uniform if it sounds like it take about a month to order if my stuff has yet to be processed I’m very upset because I feel as though this was scam I also live down the streeet it should not take this long to get items from DOWN THE STREET and people are delivering faster across the world to me then them who’s simply down the street ???? Why are y’all named RUSH UNIFORM AGAIN?? I suggest every one order from Land End in Newark Delaware they do give you a time and date and it only takes 4-7 days for deliver and processing thank me later!"

"Went to get sized for BDU's I'm plus size and generally shopping is a pain, but Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend. Only down side is shipping is behind 4-5 weeks but I understand that's out of the stores control."

"First off I want to say that the prices here are pretty good and I would’ve gave five stars if I didn’t have to wait three months for my kids shirts . I placed my order mid August and I’m still waiting on two shirts to be done . The quality of the shirts are good just really wish I knew that it takes FOREVER for the orders to come back . It was my first and probably last order with them ."
