"Very disappointed with the service today. Went into branch to take $800 dollars in hundred dollar bills. Was told by Natalie to wait for the teller to help me. The one teller, only teller working, was having trouble with the customers account. All the while Natalie and Justin looked on an IPad and talked to each other."
"What bank does not have $1 bills? Can't even offer to give $25 worth of $1. Don't waste your time coming here."
"The entire team at this branch is amazing. As a “Needy” customer with many different issues, from general assistance to specific requests, this team consistently exceeds expectations and never ceases to satisfy. As a long time customer I’ve utilized many branches however since Justin took the reigns here I’ve rarely gone to another branch. Their commitment to stellar service is only surpassed by the incredible knowledge and ability to offer products, services and solutions for my banking needs. Always a pleasurable interaction and positive experience. The only problem is that there’s not more branches with a team like this!!"
"All of the employees, every single one of them are amazing and so helpful. This is definitely my bank!!!!"
"On 3/3/17 l briefly left my Social Security Disability debit card in the ATM which kept it. The previous week my wallet was stolen and one of the first things l got was a new card to both access funds and provide info for a new state ID. When l went to retrieve my card the manager, Efran Massanent explained l needed a state lD. I am a 60 year old cancer patient who walked there. Even though l had several documents from Social Security, mail, health insutance cards etc. he refused to see them. He was rude and intimidating frequently cutting me off mid-sentence. They have me on camera using my card. I have prescriptions to fill and no groceries until Tuesday. His response was "I'm not loosing my job over this". There are important medications due to my condition that l am denied until Tuesday. All they needed to do was review the video. I have no medication or food for the next four days. Thanks Efrim!"
