"I went to the store to make a pay near me payment and the cashier called the store manager over to the photo department just to direct me to western Union. I told the store manager that it wasn’t a western Union payment it was a pay near me barcode that needed to be scanned. She starting carrying on about how they don’t scan peoples phones etc. It’s not my first time paying a bill at this location however it was my first time dealing with a store manager Julie Johnson who did not know how to do her job. She was unprofessional, lacked job duty knowledge and needs some coaching immediately."
