"The pharmacists are great. Always giving you the time to ask questions if you need it. And they always compare your insurance versus another discount program to get you the best price. They have covered me when I need 1 or 2 pills while waiting for my provider to send the refill script over. They also provide vaccines. Only challenge is they are getting more popular so they need to get some more help to handle the volume. Love our Giant pharmacy."

"I’m really mixed because a couple of the associates in the pharmacy are amazing. Great customer service, nice, helpful. But then there is at least one woman who always has an attitude and just seems bothered to do her job. I transferred to Delaware Giant Pharmacy because I moved from PA but they don’t call to confirm prescriptions are filled, if there are issues, they don’t call you to get it resolved. You call them to confirm a prescription is ready and they tell you whatever the problem is. They have the potential to be great but definitely have some work to do to get there."
"The pharmacist decided to communicate with me from across the room instead of walking to the register and being more personable. She tried to tell me my med needed prior authorization despite telling her that I’m paying out of pocket and from there went onto say I have Medicaid in PA. After telling her no, she ran my med history as she should have and went into question me (appropriately) to avoid interactions etc. The point is, she was rude, dismissive, and could have been more professional after I told her my background. Instead, I got an eye roll and more attitude. Listen to your patients as much as you try to protect them and the pharmacy - her words!"
