"I almost broke a tooth on a chicken bone, then I found another one, wife had them in hers. The romaine was literally melting into a green goo, no fresh cooked veggies, empty hot sauce bottles, trash everywhere, including the teenaged romances behind the counter."

"Went to this Chipotle location for the second time in the past month. Once again, they did not have in stock fresh ingredients. Rather I received rotten dandelion leaves (not romaine or typical lettuce!). They were out of fajita veggies and the shredded romaine lettuce at the end of the line was brown and mushy. Also, the chicken that both my husband and I were served contained cartilage and bones. This had to be consistently one of the worst chipotles I have been to due to their lack of fresh, quality ingredients."

"what do you mean you’re only taking online orders??? terrible customer service, workers were not polite and were not helpful when they told us we couldn’t order in person. also for only doing online orders, the place was disgusting. nobody in the store eating so why it wasn’t clean idk. go to a different location if you want a good experience bc this place sucks"

"Do not order here online. This is my fourth time ordering and always same experience. One time there won’t be veggies, one more time there was no corn, no veggies, again gauc is gone bad and no veggies this time, I can go on. I’m not going to this store never again!!"

"The majority of the meats and beans were out of stock, and the meat that I did get barely filled up the scoop. Not to mention it was the bottom of the container, so it was all the leftover meat. There was mixing of old and new food. I saw a fresh batch of pinto beans go right on top of old ones, and fresh mild sauce go into old sauce. For some reason, the staff behind the counter seemed to be arguing in front of customers. I had not gone to Chipotle for a good year, so this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be coming here again and neither should you."
