"The manager would not refund or reproces a phone card that was bought the nitr before. The receipt did not have a pin#. The manager was called immediately and i was told to come in the next day. When i returned he daid he could not do anything because the transaction closed out the night before. He would teport the problem to his district manager and he bamned me from his store. I bought a product that was not processed correctly, basically shore stop store 297 on miller road in Wilmington. De robbed me. Sincerely i will never shop at any shore stop ever again."
