"Had delays with my Rx. And over the course of a month plus, different reps told me different things. Told me my doctor never got back to them, then told me my doctor denied it and I had to call them (but my doctor told me Accredo never reached out to them and they have a computer system that logs all communication from pharmacies), then told me my refill would be processing and I could expect it next week, then another rep told me that that was not happening and they don't know why I was told that because they still need to get the refill. Once they got the refill, they didn't process it. It's supposed to mail out to me in two days (next day shipping), so I go online just to check on it. It's "processing". I call and the rep says, she will "put it through" so the pharmacist can "okay it". And then I'll "get a call" so I can schedule it. (Mind you, this Rx is sent out automatically every month usually). I said that the latest refill has been there since Jan 3rd, it's the 10th, why does it still have to be okay'd. She said, 'I know, it's been sitting there but they haven't done anything with it.' !?!?!? Really? I can handle a hiccup with my Rx. But not reaching out to me, telling me 3, 4 different conflicting things, telling me things that are apparently just not true, which leads to me just getting the run-around. I'm switching to a different mail order pharmacy."

"This pharmacy is not upfront about the costs of their medication. I called multiple times to try and find out what my son’s medication would cost and was lead to believe between insurance and copay assistance his medications would be at a reasonable price. As it turns out it’s $800 which was not mentioned until he had already been on the medication for a full month and the next month’s was on its way. This seems like predatory practices."

"This is the absolute worst and most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. My medical insurance company has me using Accredo in order to get Tremfya for my autoimmune disease. When I tell you they’ve screwed everything up and then tell me I need to call the Dr and insurance company… ISN’T THAT WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR?!?! Every single time I have called they give a different excuse. They then told me today that I need a pre approval from my insurance company on my refill… it’s a refill that medication is already approved! I call the insurance company and they said it’s already pre approved as I already knew. This place needs to get it tf together because this is asinine. 4 days away from needing my medication and I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to have it sent to me and they are refusing to send me my medication."

"I have no idea who’s in charge but this has got to be one of the worse experiences in my life. There is an excuse for everything and in the mean time my son’s medication is not delivered. This is a medication he depends on. By the time they figure it out the medication is out of stock once again. If i could give zero starts that’s what I would give and that’s being gracious."

"This place is a time wasting joke. Not helpful. They robo call you, then proceed to waste your time, transferring you and asking YOU what prescription you're calling about. Then, when you say you only want the prescription on an as needed basis, they say they can't do it that way and insist on an auto refill, even though the as-needed basis is being requested by me, the customer/patient. If you're a company looking for Pharmacy plans, just don't bother with this one."
