"Biotech is one of the most professional nursing skilled people I have dealt with. I had to get a Vyept Infusion in the neurologist office. He did not have the infusion center set up. I felt really bad for Nurse because it took us 2 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute infusion. She was very professional very kind and then my second infusion is going to be done in my home which is good for me because I’m blind and I don’t drive. "With the exception of a couple of instances early on, the supplies required for my IV Ig infusion have arrived in a timely manner. Sharese is very good about calling to schedule the shipments. The one problem I have had the entire 2+ years is that I am continually double billed for the co-pay, and I have had to call on a few occasions to sort this out with the billing department. A better billing system should be developed."
