"Excellent prices for tools. I recommend looking at product reviews prior to purchasing. Some tools like the pipe expander are not worth the effort it takes to carry it out of the store. Many others may need adjusted prior to use."

"Beware of restocking charges. Bought a sump pump Sept 30th to have with me in case the one at my job site wasn’t working. Didn’t need it so decided to make the return the next day. Didn’t even take the pump out of the box and said it’s a $32 restocking fee. I paid $169.59 for the pump. My return pay back was $135.67. I told them I wish I knew so I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes instead. This was my first purchase from a Harbor Frieght. At this point my experience is not good. I would say they have good prices but not the case when needing to make a return."

"Careful what you read on the harbor freight website they might not honor it. I should them an add that was actively on the harbor freight website but they said that promo wasn’t running. Even after I refreshed the page and showed them that it was not a screenshot they still denied they deal. I recommend a different harbor freight one that honors the company website."

"I needed flag poles (5 of them!!) And 2 American flags for the beach on 80th street in OC!! I couldn't find ANY flag poles anywhere, in OC including Ace Hardware, so it was on a Sunday in between moving during stay so I said let's take the drive to Salisbury and go to HF!! I knew they have flag poles and American flags (however both Made in China - only negative thing) other than that if in the future I need anything like this or that while on my many stays each year, I'll be back to this HF!!,another good thing there is an ACTUAL KRISPY KREME Store NEXT DOOR so we HAD TO go in there too!! "Great place to shop for tools. Amber the cashier was very nice and helpful by answering all the questions we had. She even point out the things that was on sale for today and told us the best deals. Only downside was they do not carry many different brands of tools such as craftsman or others. They have Pittsburg. The generators and inverter was on sale too but we didn't buy ine today. But we do have plan on buying a 4000 watts to go to Haiti..."
