"I would really like to again thank Kerra who was working the evening I was in for a few things that I needed. While reading some product information on the package of what I was buying I must have inadvertently set my phone down on a product shelf instead of putting it back in my pocket. I realized my mistake as I was in the parking lot getting into my vehicle. She was so sweet and walked around to the couple of aisles I knew I'd been in while calling my phone so that I could more quickly and easily track it down. Staff is always very helpful, even for things such as this! THANK YOU Kerra, and bless your heart."

"brought a new riding mower at Home Depot and 4 months later it did not work. call them and they were very helpful at first. they told me to call Cub cadet and they will cover the repair. Cub Cadet sent me to a repair shop and they found out the battery was faulted and I need a new battery which was not covered. Home Depot gave me the run around and at the end they told me they will not cover the battery. I only had the mower for 4 months, it cost me almost $300. Shop at Lowes!!"
