"I miss the old Best Buy days and staff. Some of my favorites are long gone. The movies in general have slowly decreased and that would be my major issue with the place, I've had to order online more. Newer staff have been hit or miss but that's anywhere now. I wish they stocked more on release day and expand their collectibles section to be more like the larger Best Buys. Yes the place is worth going to."

"As a local business owner I’m completely stumped , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. went into the store, looking to purchase a computer for my business, Walked around for about 10 minutes looking for somebody to help us with a sale. There were about 10 to 15 employees standing around chatting, Jules claims to be a manager, saw us walking in circles, we obviously needed help as we were asking employees for help and started heading out the door upset at this point she had the nerve to give a very sarcastic “ have a great day “ . I was a loyal customer but will never return after an unpleasant experience like this . I can’t believe you have the type of employees with no care for customers ."

I was looking at some small refrigerator and I was thinking about getting myself one to put my own groceries in there. So my brother and sister don’t have to eat it all up from me. But it’s very expensive. I wish they would make the prices go down just a little bit."

"Best Buy added at yearly subscription to a purchase I made that I did not ask for and had declined when offered. Called last year when the charge appeared and cancelled yet they billed me again this year. They admitted to having the documentation that I called them last year and cancelled but would not email me that information so I could give it to my credit card company to show they are stealing from me. I would not buy anything from them that required the use of a credit card."
