"The place has a decent selection but disappointing system and customer service. Not only could we inconveniently not split payments at the self check out, but when explained we cannot, employees showed zero empathy, then put us in a line which we arrived at first and insisted taking the other guest first so with another 10 minute wait and again not an ounce of empathy shown. I don’t expect the world and understand service workers don’t always have it easy but basic courtesy was lacking and that was incredibly disappointing from what felt like a local store."
