"I was here on Friday, it was pretty busy due to the holidays. Julie from hardware helped me navigate the store and make finding what I needed a lot easier. Please update the website more frequently because things show in stock but aren’t actually in stock."

"On Sunday, December 17th 2023 I went in to Lowes to get two sets of blinds that were advertised for $38.00 each. I asked for assistance in getting them cut. The lady who assisted me was extremely rude. I had to show her which ones I was wanting. The sign said, "$38.00". She said, I'll have to get you someone else. She did not want to assist me. She proceeded to stop at the carpet area and was complaining about me. I told her, I heard you. I shop at Lowes on average of 3 to 5 times a week and customer service is extremely hard to find at Lowes. I shop there mainly because they support the veterans. The lack of service and rudeness of your Sunday afternoon employee has finally driven me to Home Depot. I left the items I had already collected to purchase and went to Home Depot where not only one gal, but two young ladies assisted me in the cutting of the blinds and with friendly customer service. Very refreshing to have happy helpful service. Lowes, pleases take a look at your employees and weed out your rotten apples. MP"

"I recently purchased three appliances from Lowe's. After purchasing, I was then informed the items weren't in stock. (After purchase.):( Delivery was then scheduled for a week later. Now, I can't find anyone who is responsible for my purchase. Why go into the store if it's nothing but 3d online shopping, less efficient? Close the store and and use that revenue to discount your merchandise. Current way makes no sense."

"My husband stood in line for 35 minutes to get a piece of lumber cut. There ended up being 4 people in line behind him. They took turns seeking help. Each person was told 5-10 minutes. He ended up leaving and we’ll go to Home Depot. The customer service at this location has been steadily declining. It’s really disheartening."

"I needed a refrigerator fast and found one the small size I needed and at a good price point at Lowes. I was disappointed that no one was in the area to help me, but I ended up going home and ordering it online. My main issue was with the delivery. I am aware they contract with companies for their deliveries, but communication needs to be improved. The first delivery company called me right after I received a text that my fridge was on the way, that they could not make my delivery because one of them got hurt. I was told they would deliver it the next day. After not hearing anything back from them, I decided to call Lowes to find out that my fridge had been taken back to the store because it was damaged. No one called me. I had to seek out this information. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed but told me that it would be delivered the next day, so at this point, it was 2 days late. Thankfully, the fridge I had did not stop working. It was finally delivered 2 days later than expected, and those guys were very nice and professional."
