"The staff was very helpful, though the wait was long due to other emergancy, life-threatening cases. They were very good at communicating when I left to keep me updated on my cats condition all weekend. I was pet sitting for friends who were leaving the country . They kept both the owners and myself in the loop. It was costly but worth every penny!"
