"It's an okay hotel for the night but nothing longer. There was hair in my shower and in the corners of the vanity. The carpet in the room never looked vacuumed, and the swivel chair that's provided for the desk had all types of stains and crusty things on it. Same with sofa. Apart from that, like I said, it's an okay, cheap place for a night. Wouldn't stay here again."

"I'm not sure why there is so much negativity. I'm very picky about where I stay after working in a hotel myself. Room was very clean, beds were perfectly made and the bathroom was spotless. The room smelled very fresh upon entering and the carpet was very clean. Hair dryer was missing but had one in less than five minutes. Yes, they are doing some construction but I was only there for two nites not a big deal. The evening older front desk gentleman was so pleasant, sweet and helpful along with the morning front desk girl. Just really good customer service. As picky as I am I was very pleased and would absolutely stay again."

"Service was phenomenal. The staff were polite and conversational. The condition of the hotel was a bit concerning. On our floor, half the rooms we passed were propped open unattended for maintenance. Anyone could have walked in. Our room wasn’t under maintenance, but the bathroom had large holes in the wall near the toilets. Really seems like a wonderful hotel if they can catch up on the maintenance concerns. The entrance to breakfast has an open ceiling with exposed wire. Only La Quinta I’ve been in that charges for dogs."

"This was the worst hotel I have been in. It was nasty and stunk. The sink in the bathroom was leaking onto the carpet in the room. The hotel is going through a renovation but the renovation wasn’t the problem. The nasty unclean hotel was! Totally nasty!"

"I checked in to the LaQuinta by Wyndham in Salisbury, Md on 9/29 around 4pm to accompany my Pastor who was addressing a Women’s Retreat on Delaware Ave . I dropped my overnight bag off and left I was only staying 1 night. When I returned I had a less than polite, overly aggressive behavior by the evening front desk male person when I reported the room on the 2nd floor had a profuse odor and some other environmental problems that caused a body reaction I began coughing, eyes watering, breathing difficulty). I left at 11:03pm I stopped and purchased some Benadryl and drove 2 1/2 hrs to get home. I called on 9/30 to speak with a female front desk person, I asked to speak with a manager after being on hold for 15:47 I spoke a female manager who attempted to play name games when I tried to ascertain other persons on their mgmt staff that could address my concerns and report this problem, because of her unprofessional attitude. Secondly, when stated the male on the front desk ( whom she called John) told me I wasn’t charged for stay and I wanted know if that was true, she said,” no honey I charged you. The physical and environmental conditions are not very good rugs are dirty, bathroom is smelly, elevator has bad odor. Not to mention some of their staff is very unprofessional."
