"My room was great for a peaceful night stay. The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. I like that they allow pets. The woman at the front desk patiently helped me check in. That was very kind of her. Other staff that I saw in passing and at check out were professional."
"Bugs EVERYWHERE!! I mean Healthy bugs, like they been runnin the joint jus eatin everything in sight including other bugs smh! Disgusting !!! But they kindly refunded us np and the Best Western down the street was more than willing to accommodate us!"
"My hotel room was gross. I found some dirty socks by the bed when I got there. Then, I saw a giant bandage in the shower, which I requested to be taken out. The front desk said they would take out the bandage when housekeeping arrived, but never did. Lastly, I thought I was overcharged because the front desk never explained the fee’s I was paying for, after I asked for the total including tax. So I thought they overcharged me. It was just an annoying experience."
"If i can put no stars i would. I had my room strip clean over 30 mins before check out. None of my items where there was just my charge that a cleaning person had it on her personal stuff and claimed che was just holding it. Front desk try to pay me with half a case of water."
