"We had some issues at check in, my wife had arranged with corporate that she would be arriving in the late evening/ early morning. BUT STILL - due to her getting in after midnight they put us as a No-show. Fortunately it was resolved, BUT their dolly's for your luggage are a BIG NO! So tiny, needs to be bigger. We specifically booked a king with full shower/tub, but due to the above they put us in a stand-in shower AND changed our room completely after I checked in on the hilton honors app. (NOT COOL) The shower had a rough look, and stains on the floor surface; but the room was clean and she was overall happy with the friendly staff who were understanding and helpful."

"Breakfast was basic and scaled down. Eggs n sausage. No whole or chocolate milk to drink. Woke up and could not take a shower due to no hot water in hotel. Clean hotel nice location."

"They were very cleanly which was nice and our stay at the beginning was great. But we stayed 4 days and the last 3 the staff were TERRIBLE they were so rude and during breakfast a staff member would always tail me the entire time. At one point while I’m making a waffle that same staff member grabs my waffle from the machine drops it on to the collected that had all the little spillage on it with the raw batter, and slaps it on to a plate and gives it to me raw batter and all. The lady then proceeds to talk about me and my family, for getting waffles, in front of us to the other staff."

"The hotel is either updated or new, modern clean rooms and lobby. Dog friendly and they had dog treats and water bowls in the lobby. The staff also recommended a great local dog friendly restaurant to me! Lots of breakfast options in the morning included and right off of 13. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great chain hotel just off Route 13S. Clean and up to date, our room was very comfortable and well designed. The free breakfast was great - many choices for both hot and cold. Staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant at every turn. Even pets are welcomed with a bowl of fresh water at the door. Perfect choice!"
