"Extremely horrid customer service. Two separate incidents occurred with them. 1) I placed a pick-up order via the phone > arrived to pick-up > they apparently didn’t get the order > gave me attitude when I arrived and then turned around and told me I could no longer do pickup via phone orders because I didn’t pick up the order that they didn’t apparently get? 2) my friend called and attempted to place the order based on a menu we got a week ago. They told us that their pasta dishes didn’t come with 2 sides (which their menu states that it does), gave a nasty Attitude, and said “well the menu is subject to change and clearly you don’t like change. I’m not about to back and forth with you” They don’t have good service and that trumps the food sadly. Retrain the front of the house."
