"This evening I placed an order at 8:40 to be exact. Remind you this hasn’t been the first time we’ve gotten delivered cold food. The one thing about it all we supported this business since we moved here in 2010. The guy Eric was confronted tonight due to poor quality in the food we placed the order at 8:40 didn’t receive it until 9:42 to be exact in between we called to check on the order and the reply was the driver left it , it will be out shortly best believe when the 12 wings arrived was cold . So we decided to drive back to the store and ask for them to remake it or refund. I highly admire the young lady with the curly hair she’s been great but the assistant manager Eric and his professionalism and the poor quality of urgency and trying to make it right all he gave was a disbelief attitude like we were wrong about complaining. Just like you work hard for your money so do we. Moving forward we would support another business than them. Learn how to treat your customers better Eric !"

"The best buffalo and sweet thai chili wings in the area ! Its something about their crinkle fries too! Deeeelicioussss! With the perfect crispness! They also have beef pepperoni which is a pluss! I would definitely recommend checking out their menu. They're always busy, which speaks volumes within itself! : )"

"Ordered via phone two portions of fish and chips. Was asked what two sides I wanted, said coleslaw. I picked the order up and when I got home there were NO chips in the container. I called back and was told that chips are a side. This is not at all clear, fish and chips go together, chips are NOT a side, they are a meal together. The menu states "Fish and Chips, not "Fish and two Sides.". For what I received it is very expensive, almost $32.00. Photo of one meal attached. Four small pieces of fish, two small containers of coleslaw and tartar sauce. The fish does taste good but the meal, if you can call it that was definitely not worth $16.00, a disgraceful experience, never recommend this place. I was not nasty or belligerent when I spoke on the phone but I made it clear I will NEVER use them again. I have been reading other low rated reviews and noticed that Pete's always responds in a similar way, sorry, we will make changes, give us another chance. They do nothing to improve or even try to compensate for bad service. I will NEVER use them again. Please read through some of the negative reviews and you will get my point. Unbelievably, there are so many of them"

"How do forget the fries? Now the cheesesteak is cold. I’m done with this place Called and spoke to manager who said he wasn’t aware there was a problem. So your cashier didn’t inform anyone? Wanted to send me 2 orders of fries “on him”. No thanks keep your fries and I’ll keep my money. You just lost 4 customers"
