"My husband and I took our Bella to Dr. Syder for the first time today. She was very professional and through. Her vet techs were great. They all took wonderful care of our dog. The prices are reasonable there. They didn't try to sell us everything we don't need."
"I’ve been bringing my cat to Dr. Ireland for over a year now, and she is the best! She’s so friendly and caring. The whole staff is helpful and personable, and it’s very affordable compared to a lot of vets I’ve seen. We drive from Newark despite there being many closer options because we love her and know our pet is in the best hands!"
"I called Kentmere with a question for the office for some guidance around managing our diabetic cat that has been a patient here for years. Unfortunately, that call and another voicemail was never returned. The next day our cat required emergency vet care due to it being a weekend. Fast forward to Monday, and we received a message that the vet received updated records as a result of our cat's emergency hospitalization. We called back about 5 individual times to speak to a doctor and those phone calls were again not returned. Additionally, we have been trying to obtain our cat's medical records and keep being promised that they'll be sent which if you can imagine is another thing they are not doing. I am absolutely disgusted with this this behavior from a professional business. Feel free to contact me and have me change my mind, but it's been over two weeks and I've still not spoken to a doctor nor received our cat's medical records. I'm not sure where the disconnect here is, but I'm incredibly frustrated."
"Been taking various cats here for years. I guess Dr. Coogan retired as I never see him anymore. Drs. Snyder & Ireland took over the reins I think. Both competent vets, both showing a willingness to listen to the pet owner before diagnosis. I would recommend this practice."
"I was very pleased with the car we got from Dr Ireland. We took one of the older cats in for problems breathing through his nose. The doctor came in after a short, very reasonable wait and examined him. They did blood work but didn't push for more expensive advanced tests like a lot of vets do. I was very surprised when the vet herself called the next day to discuss the test results and see if i had any questions. She also asked that i call and give an update on his condition the next week. All in all, i would feel confident in bringing our pets here"
