"The actual apartments are pretty nice - washer & dryer in unit & relatively new appliances in the kitchen. However, the maintenance staff is either horrendously slow or severely understaffed. It takes weeks/months to get something done. This property also has a lot of geese, which is fine. But there is geese waste nearly everywhere in the grass. Some residents also choose to not pick up after their dogs & don't dispose of trash properly. Overall the people & the units are nice, but the property management could use some improvement."
"You had my 5star for quite a few months but now, seriously???? We've had this dumpster issue for more than 2-3 months. It's really disappointing, and now it's cold. When it gets hotter in a few months all these trash sitting there are gonna cause huge health concerns and terrible smell. This is not acceptable!"
"My husband and I have been a resident for over 7 years here at Iron ridge and we haven't had a complaint yet. The staff is very friendly and takes the time out to listen to your needs or concerns and Andre the facilities/building Supervisor is professional and fixes things efficiently and quickly. We have had long time neighbors and new neighbors. The grounds are always kept up and its a quiet neighborhood from students to working women and men. Our carpet was just replaced and we love it. Thank you Sherry, Jennifer and Andre."
