"I'm giving this five stars not because it's perfect but because it's a great value. Sure, there are nicer hotels. They will cost you over twice as much. This is an old fashioned motel where you park in front of your room. It's clean and convenient. Right off 95, a few hundred feet past the Maryland line. Walk to Waffle House, McDonald's, KFC. The couple who have run it for the last 35 years are kind, friendly and responsive. Big thumbs up from me."
"This place is an amazing little mom and pop hotel!!!! Very very clean!!!! We stumbled across this little place after we had checked in up the road at motel 6 only to walk into the room and walk right back out because it was so NASTY with bed bugs, hair all over the floor and on the bed, room had never been cleaned!!! But we walked into the Elkton Lodge and she was great!! She promised a clean room and boy was it ever clean!!! The smell of the cleanliness and the room decor was great!!! Well worth the money!!! Will definitely stay here again if we are up this way!!!"
"Midnight arrival still well taken care of. This is certainly a motel BUT of the cleanest variety. I was very surprised. I would def stay here for a night again. Great price too"
"Traveling down state, great price for friendly staff. Room is clean, bath is clean. Tv, sofa with bench. Parking rooms is large enough, big trucks with trailer friendly! Will be back next time if needed ."
