"Wanted to give it a couple of months before leaving the review to fully live in my new home and see if all of the expectations and level of service remains from the time I moved in. Happy to report from day one Pine Valley Apartments is the perfect home for me at this time in my life. Nerkenson Lue is the absolute best! Cannot thank you enough as a shining star to make this happen under short timelines. He assured at the time of showing me the property that I would be moving into a peaceful, quiet, friendly community. I've told my friends "it's quiet on purpose" and loving it! Coming from my old apartment at which I was experiencing a rent increase with no new amenities, Pine Valley multiple amenities to fit any and everyone. Maintenance team is first rate as I'm conditioned to experiencing delays or wait time when submitting a request at other apartment complexes. Pine Valley however, no such wait as the issue is resolved immediately which removes another potential stressor off of a new residents plate to fully enjoy their home. Living at Pine Valley has created a new focus, vibe, and flow in my own life. The community facilities include a gym, dry sauna, pool, hot tub, business center, and more. Truly feel at home at Pine Valley! My gratitude goes out to the entire team that make their residents feel right at home."

"I moved in March 2021 and now leaving in a few months. This place is not perfect. There are some issues, however no place is. Their maintance far exceeded my expectations throughout my time here. For most people this is a great place to live. Just one thing, They have a lot of lawn which requires a very noicey day to maintain. If you work from home it is hard 1 of 5 days a week. This has nothing to do with the reason I am leaving. My reason for leaving has nothing to do with the place, just certain life demands."

"I have tried contacting Pine Valley to request more information about a unit and take a tour. I was told that I would receive a call back the following day. I never did. I called back and was told I was hear a call back, and still never did. I managed to call four different times. I never received an email or phone call back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times I never heard anything back, but I’m not going to beg which is what I feel like I’m doing. It’s truly disappointing because from looking at the townhomes they look beautiful, but to not even receive a call is unfair."

"Friday 12/23 late evening I realize there’s no water. Saturday 12/24 I wake up to no water, I immediately put in a work ticket via the residence portal. Maintenance personnel arrives not one but three times as I saw on my camera , to only on the third visit because of my complaint cut a whole in the hot water room and places a box heater hoping to thaw out the pipes since they are frozen. My apartment heat reads 73 degrees. Sunday Xmas day 12/25 I am still left with no water. No maintenance team to try and rectify this issue, no emails no phone calls after numerous attempts. A work order placed at 8:30 am today 12/25/22, an email to follow and also a call placed to the rental office for emergency maintenance personnel. Pine Valley you really ruined my plans to spend time throughout the holiday weekend with my family, I had company coming over to my home where I pay well over $1600.00 a month and cannot use the toilet, shower, there’s no running water since Friday. What has pine valley done in the past with emergencies like this? Leave your tenant without running water for days on end? There is no plumbing company affiliated with these kind of emergencies where you work together to ensure your tenant has running water? No equipment like industrial heaters for these types of issues? I’m disgusted on how poorly Pine valley has handled this issue. I was left a box heater to hopefully thaw out a pipe you saw is frozen no other work required? I’m totally disgusted and I’m so disappointed that you would leave a tenant without running water for days with absolutely no response or resolution! Wow this is where I choose to pay rent to? I have no more words but will complain till this is resolved!!!! Photos will show what your maintenance team has done to warm up pipes! You ruined my Xmas with my family!"

"I lived at Pine Valley from 2020 to 2021 and would recommend it. I appreciated the two car garage and there was ample lawn for walking my dogs. The process of moving in and out was straightforward, and the two times I had a maintenance request they responded quickly and solved the problem. Very nice view from my window."
