"Ridiculous wait times. Online ordering before helps because you don’t have to “order” when you get there. But you still have to wait in THREE DIFFERENT LINES regardless. The parking an absolute joke be careful because you can easily get into an accident or towed if your not in the right area. Sale/group prices are good. Best time to go is between 10-1 M-Th. Any other time you’re gonna be waiting for min 30 minutes. It’s sad. It’s a nice place but the process is terrible. Staff is nice but not helpful."

"this place has decent sales and the staff is friendly. The wait times though? Outrageous. It’s never less than an hour to get in and out, but usually longer. They’ll have you waiting outside in the cold like a crackhead, on god. It’s really not worth it. And I think we all know about the tow truck shark. I just don’t get the warm and fuzzies when I come here."

"Prepare to wait. They don't have you just walk up to a register like any other store. You have to wait in line, place your order, then wait in another line, then another until finally you can pick up your order that was already placed. I have been in line for over an hour. My order was placed half an hour ago, I just have to make it through these lines to pick it up and pay. It would be faster to let people walk in, place their order with a person, pay and walk out. I understand the would be lines but this is ridiculous. Even if you order ahead online you have to wait in these lines."

"The sales prices are great. If you don't mind waiting for HOURS. And then, you're not going to get what you asked for. Our last 3 visits, at least 1 item in our bag was wrong. Once, 2 different items were not the correct "flavor" and once we got something completely different than what we even wanted. Let's say we asked for a car and got a bed. Definitely not the same thing. Or the same value! If they'd start getting people's orders right the first time, it might not take so long to get waited on because they have to CONSTANTLY return wrong items. It's a bit of a joke here, actually."

"Absolutely LOVE this dispensary and I LOVE the staff. Everyone is friendly, and super helpful. This dispensary has sales , promotions and discounts that you won’t find at the other local shops. ( at least for Rex) If you don’t like the longer wait times and line.. try coming later in the day. In my experience, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are prime if you want to be in and out. Usually no line and no wait. . You can make the experience faster by knowing what you want and ordering ahead of time. Expect lines when it first opens, and any time there’s really good deals. The reward program is another added bonus. Every dollar spent is 1 point. Redeemable for discounts on your purchase. The rewards, the sales, and the staff make this my favorite location. The only thing I hate is having to stand in line with people who whine about it but do nothing to try and make the process easier or faster. The staff does a wonderful job handling the high volume customers and chaos they bring. . 5 stars all day."
