"I switched to this vet a couple years ago after my previous vet of 8 years was very non responsive when I needed my dog’s ultrasound results interpreted asap. Dr. Mule responded right away despite my dog not being a patient there, and started with the least invasive treatment option first (prescription food) and said we could try more intensive things if that didn’t work, but the food greatly helped the issue. When my former vet finally got back to me they suggested hundreds of dollars worth of additional tests - for a young dog I may have wanted the tests but for an older dog I really appreciated Dr. Mule’s approach as I just want her final years to be comfortable and as easy as they can be. When other issues have arisen with her and Naamans is closed and I have to take her to an emergency vet, Dr Mule always addresses the findings/treatment options with me in a very no nonsense, honest way. I never feel like he is trying to get more money out of me, in fact this is one of the most reasonably priced vets in the area. He has also never pushed me to get extreme dental care done even though I know my dog’s teeth are not in the best shape due to her age and her not liking chew toys that help clean teeth - other vets have pressured me to spend thousands on dental. I have now switched my boyfriend’s dog here and I am also bringing my new rescue here too."

"Doctor was very nice but seemed very unsure of my cat’s condition. Prices were good but seemed like the doc just wanted to throw medicine ideas at me even after he had an injection, which didn’t seem right considering he had no actual clue what was wrong. Didn’t ask to do blood work or anything which was odd to me, certainly wanted me to buy all these different forms of injections/medications though."

"I was apprehensive about taking my older cat to the vet because I haven't had the best of experiences in the past, but this clinic was really good to my cat, the vet assistant was so caring while holding her, I could tell from how my cat responded that she felt safe with her even though she was experiencing something that made her scared (you know how anxious cats can be)... the doctor was really good and I feel like I could trust him. Thank you for making this difficult time easier to deal with and for helping my cat and for making her feel more safe and comfortable during our visit."
