"Today was my initial visit so my pooch Fitz and I could visit for a flu shot, temperament test, and visit the facility for day care. From my very first interaction and call with Simone, It has been a pleasant and professional experience. Simone was very thorough and helpful. Dr. Paine Spent quality time with Fitz & I, discussing his breed, coat, teeth, size, & my concerns with his anxiety when I need to work outside the home a few hrs per wk. He offered great feedback and suggestions to keep him looking & feeling great. Sam conducted Fitz’s temperament test and reassured me how well he did with three different sized dogs! Everyone seemed genuinely interested and caring with our dog, Vlad. Vlad needed some repair work on his urethra, and needed to be neutered. Both procedures went extremely well.
