"Great helpful staff. They get 5 stars! Giant Pharmacy Corporate gets 2 stars : I was removed from the prescription texting alerts last January. After repeated inquiries and the excellent staff trying to get me and others back onto the texting service, I still have to call them and bother the overworked staff to find out if my medication refills are done...my husband takes multiple prescriptions and this means I am calling sometimes 2x a week...This should not be. Customers should be able to get back into this service...this would be called good customer service. So I will use 3 stars here."

"This store is big and spacious. They have a wonderful bakery and deli. Their vegan section is one of the most diverse I have seen. The employees are helpful and courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. I shop here on a regular basis and would recommend this grocery store over most others in the West Chester, PA area."
